A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), he has held senior executive roles such as Chief Financial Officer, where he has demonstrated his expertise in driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business growth.

His experience spans overseeing successful IPOs, managing mergers and acquisitions, and leading complex financial operations across global markets. With leadership roles in companies throughout Asia, Germany, and the United States, Yifa has developed a deep understanding of diverse financial landscapes, compliance requirements, and tax planning strategies.

As CFO, he has consistently fortified organisations with strategic insights that optimise financial performance, streamline operations, and ensure robust financial governance. His meticulous approach to budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting has positioned him as a trusted advisor to executive teams, ensuring both compliance and long-term sustainability.
